Parolin Motorsport and its partner teams concluded the 2025 season with another weekend of strong performances at the final round of the WSK Final Cup at Lonato. Qualifying on Friday took place in wet conditions, but the rest of the event was run in dry yet very cold weather, and across these changing circumstances drivers using Parolin equipment reached Finals in every category, securing podium finishes in OK-N and OK-N Junior, leading laps in Mini U10, and confirming again the depth of performance across the factory squad and its satellite operations.

In OK-N, LA Motorsport's Matteo Melis delivered one of the standout drives of the weekend to finish 2nd, only 0.411s from victory after a decisive move into the top three in the closing laps. Behind him, Federico Rossi (AKM Motorsport) produced a strong run to 4th, marking another top-five finish for the Parolin / TM package. LA Motorsport's Lorenzo D'Amico also secured a solid result with 12th, while Fabio Ferlicca (AKM) and Miguel Paco (LA Motorsport) completed the group of Parolin finalists.

The OK-N Junior category was again one of the most competitive of the event, and the Modena Kart Racing Team placed three drivers inside the top ten. Federico Mirabella finished 3rd after a tight three-way battle at the front, closely followed by team-mates Alessandro Nanni in 10th and Nojus Stasionis in 13th, the latter also setting the fastest lap of the race with 47.551s. Modena's depth was further underlined by Elton Hedfors finishing 19th after being unable to set a time in Qualifying.

In Mini U10, Zayne Burgess (Parolin Motorsport) once again proved his front-running speed by leading the race early and crossing the line first after the final-lap battles, but finished 10th after a five-second penalty. The category was won by Nahyl El Gahoudi (Babyrace Driver Academy) on a Parolin kart, with Nicolo Pacillo (Babyrace Driver Academy) completing an excellent day for the team in 3rd after a tight finish.

The Mini Gr.3 Final also featured notable results from Babyrace Driver Academy, with Stan Ratajski taking an excellent 2nd place, and Liam Nachawati close behind in 5th after a race shaped by repeated position changes in the leading group.

Zarief Rayqal and Bruno Blanco qualified for the Final in the OK category but saw their hopes compromised by the intensity of the midfield pack. Rayqal brought his Parolin home in 24th, while Blanco retired on the opening lap and was classified 33rd.

In OK-Junior, Oskari Walle's weekend promise was undone in the Final after being caught in an early incident that forced him to retire on the opening lap. He was classified 33rd despite strong pace earlier in the event.

Reflecting on the weekend, Marco Parolin said:

"The last round of WSK Final Cup in Lonato was the final act of our racing season, and I was satisfied to witness a strong Parolin presence across the different categories in an event that accounted together nearly 400 pilots. This is a testament of the great trust that several partner teams put in the Parolin product and we are happy to see them performing well, including the win for Babyrace Driver Academy in U10 and the podiums for LA Motorsport (OKN) and Modena (OKNJ). With regards to our team, we have to mention the strong performance of Burgess in U10, winner of the Prefinal and then penalized in the Final after crossing the line on first. In OKJ the speed was promising, but contacts and DNF did not allow our drivers to display their true potential. However we close our 2025 with satisfaction, boasting one more European trophy on our shelves, and a constant growth of the Parolin brand."

Parolin Motorsport now looks ahead to its 2026 programme, building on a season that delivered podiums and victories across all international categories and confirmed the strength of the Parolin chassis in every age group.
