Completely rebuilt in 2020, the Franciacorta track now offers a very fast 1,301 m layout with a large width that allows for interesting racing line variations. The grip is excellent on a recently-laid surface. As space is limited, run-offs are not exceptional. Incidents can be frequent and the WSK sporting team has had to be more severe in handing out numerous penalties for bad manoeuvres.

This track is generally appreciated by the drivers for the sensations it provides and for its overtaking possibilities. The show was there and the hierarchy evolved since the Lonato races with four new winners.

Frenchman Tom Leuillet (Tony Kart / Vortex) got off to a good start with the Tony Kart Racing Team in KZ2 with a Final victory, concluding a race in the lead, over the Italian Cristian Bertuca (Birel ART / TM). For his return to competition, Dutchman Senna van Walstijn (Sodi / TM) secured a promising podium, while several favourites failed to reach the finish.

David Walther (Tony Kart / Vortex) from Denmark confirmed his potential in OK with the Koski Motorsport team, while Frenchman Jimmy Helias (Tony Kart / Vortex) once again made a good impression with the Ward Racing team. The Thai driver Enzo Tarnvanichkul (KR / Iame), who recently joined the Prema Racing team, was on the podium. The performance of Louis Iglesias (CRG / Iame), a French driver from the national categories, was brilliant for his first appearance in OK: consistently in the top five and 9th in the Final after a setback in the Prefinal.

The OK-Junior category, with 105 participants, was undoubtedly the most lively of the weekend. A new winner, Stepan Antonov (KR / Iame) from KR Motorsport, emerged after Niklas Schaufler (KR / Iame) was penalised. 2nd place went to Forza Racing's Lewis Wherrell (Exprit / TM), who had been a strong contender throughout the meeting. New names also appeared at the top of Mini, Bosco Arias Chavarri (KR / Iame) and Mini U10, Achille Rea (CRG / TM).
